Ayanna is a 2021 graduate of Howard University's Civil and Environmental Engineering program and this fall will be attending Columbia University for a PhD in Ecology. She is excited to be back with the program this summer!

For our first PEP workshop we will be going over netiquette soft skills. We will be discussing the article, The Dos and Don'ts of Business Email Etiquette. Time will be given during the workshop to read the article: https://www.grammarly.com/blog/business-email-etiquette/
We will spend some time discussing the article and then a presentation will be given with helpful tips for emailing mentors, professors, etc. We will be creating a digital signature as well.
